I recommend using del.icio.us, which is a communal "blink" site. You can easily pipe links back to a weblog, as well as do all kinds of other cool things with them.

Credit where credit is due; I believe I brought the term into the weblogging world in Nov. 1999 early in the life of Follow Me Here:
